All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are all for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Variations in the finished product may arise as a result of slight colour variations, for example, in the alpaca yarn and natural handcrafted process used to make our products. As such, we cannot guarantee that the product displayed on-line is identical to the one you receive.
Due to the hand made nature of Tom Butcher Ceramics, and the reduction firing process, both glaze and body may alter in colour slightly depending on where they are positioned in the kiln. Whilst each piece cannot be guaranteed to be the same, they will work just as well in sets. This only adds to their rustic charm.
Damaged items should returned to Mansefield Studios in the original packaging using Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service within 7 days. A replacement or refund will be sent when the damaged item has been received.
